Jack Milli asked:

How to derive Common Stock Valuation for normal growth?
I am in a bit confuse how to derive the Gordon Model to valuate the stock price in normal growth :

P = (D1) / ( k - g)

where :

P = is estimated price
D1 = dividend after one year
k = expected return by investor
g = normal dividend growth.
