How do I sell my common stock?

I co-founded a company and have some vested common stock that I’d like to sell. There is a “first right of refusal” clause tied to it. The company has offered to buy it back, but for a very low percent. What options do I have for selling these, and also how should I go about this?

If you want to sell unregistered stocks it’s going to have to be done privately, most broker/dealers can not or will not touch it.
Try a major accounting firm or law firm
