What does “two calsses of common stock” mean?

“Triarc Companies, Inc. has a capital structure that utilizes two classes of common stock: Class A (NYSE ticker symbol: TRY) and Class B, Series 1 (NYSE ticker symbol TRY.B).”

Is one better to invest in than the otehr or does it not really matter?
