I am Bangladeshi. At present I am living in USA. I have opened an F/C account in Bangladesh bank opened B/O account to participate in the IPO of Dhaka Stock exchange. I have also authorized my elder brother to operate my account from Bangladesh. My asking is that when any organization announces for IPO, for how much quantities of ordinary shares I can apply. Actually I want to apply for $5000. Is it possible for me to apply by the same amount or there is some hard fast rules. Please confirm.
